CMA Ships, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, covers all facets of the maritime business: from the fleet management of the vessels to that of the crew members.

CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient.

Reporting to the Senior Technical Project & Naval Engineering Manager, the Cargo Loading Expert primary role will be required to provide technical assistance to internal stakeholders, reviewing of analysis report, conducting analysis, establishing of strategies, and ensuring the policies are align to company HSE policy.

**Responsibilities**:
Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations

Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies

Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis

Provide expertise support for the loading-lashing issues and request raised by vessels in service, fleet management and lines-ops

Communicate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders

Provide solutions to optimize vessel maintenance, design, and operation

Sharing of technical experience and information to internal and external stakeholders (including attending of webinars and events)

Establish short, medium and long term strategy

Other ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architect, Oceaneering, or Marine Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Ship Planner or Cargo Planner (with container vessels experience)

Good English communication skills

Strong analytical & project management skills

**Salary will be commensurate with experience
