**About the Company**:
Our client is a prominent bookstore chain in Singapore, widely recognized for its extensive collection of books, stationery, and educational resources. As an **Editor**, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and accuracy of various published materials, with a specific focus on science and math content, including books, educational resources, and promotional materials. You'll be responsible for comprehensive editing, meticulous proofreading, and thorough fact-checking, collaborating closely with authors, designers, and marketing teams to deliver engaging and error-free content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and proofread manuscripts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with house style, specifically for correct and precise science and math content.
- Collaborate with authors, providing feedback to refine content and align it with scope and target audience.
- Work with designers to create visually appealing layouts, diagrams, and charts.
- Manage projects from submission to publication, ensuring deadlines and smooth editorial flow.
- Monitor project timeline, budget, and resources for efficiency.
- Conduct market research on trends in science and math publishing.
- Assist in promoting titles by developing audience-targeted strategies.
- Perform other assigned editorial tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in editorial work or teaching.
- Familiar with the Singapore education system, curriculum standards, and pedagogical approaches.
- Knowledge of publishing workflows and processes.
