**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing inventory by maintaining accurate records of stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and updating inventory systems.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying contents, labeling items, and arranging transportation.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Prepare and generate necessary documentation, such as shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse by monitoring storage areas, arranging goods, and disposing of waste properly.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and handling phone inquiries.
- Support safety and security protocols by adhering to warehouse procedures and identifying potential hazards.
- Assist in conducting regular equipment inspections and reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or education is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or administrative roles.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per month
