**Who We Are Looking For?**

As the Supply Chain Executive, he/she is responsible for all supply chain planning and other related related responsibilities - which may include supply planning, inventory management, in-store-availability, order fulfilment, data analysis throughout order fulfilment process - for our growing ecommerce business and to operate in accordance with Group’s Retail Operation Standards.

**What Awaits You?**
- Deploy best practices in stock planning, replenishment and distribution to maintain a healthy balance between optimum stock holding and On-Shelf Availability.
- Analyze sales performance versus forecast and other supply chain KPIs to set safety stock levels to optimize inventory levels
- Work closely with Buyer teams to develop consensus forecast, incorporating sales & marketing promotion and new launch activities
- Collaborate effectively with Trading, Marketing and Store Ops to execute an efficient demand and supply process.
- Manage stock returns or rebalancing of remnants involving stores and warehouse post promotions to mitigate slow moving stock situation.
- Monitor accuracy of previous forecasts
- To perform any other roles as assigned by Management

**We Are Excited About You If You Have**:

- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum one to two years of relevant working experience in supply chain roles. Those with retail related experience will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and in a team, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Analytical, take initiatives and ownership, process oriented,
- Self-driven, organized and able to work long hours when required
- Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure
- Good communication (oral and written)
- Good interpersonal skills at various levels
- Good with systems and proficient in MS Office
- Experience with SLIM4 Forecasting App will be an added advantage
- Good analytical skills and enjoy data mining/ report analysis
- Strong in coordination and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and process driven
- Digitally Inclined
