Join our dynamic team as a **Senior Brand Executive** and play a vital role in driving brand management initiatives for our prestigious brands. As a key support to the Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the success of our brands through strategic planning, innovative marketing campaigns, and exceptional client relationship management.

**Responsibilities**:
Brand management:

- Collaborate on the sales budget, analysing marketing contributions, advertising, and promotion budgets for effective tracking.
- Develop pricing strategies, including item creation and price adjustments, to ensure optimal market positioning.
- Plan and execute comprehensive online and offline media and PR strategies, encompassing print, eDM, social media campaigns, event planning and influencer engagements.
- Drive visual merchandising efforts through captivating and impactful visual displays.
- Monitor purchases and aging stock inventory to ensure overall stock holding is healthy.
- Foster strong day-to-day interactions with brand principals, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Handle client relationship matters promptly, addressing feedback within 24 hours, and managing after-sales and warranty-related issues.
- Provide support to the internal retail team, understand their needs and build brand awareness.

Competitive Analysis:

- Stay informed about competitor brands’ activities and monitor new product launches, and gather valuable insights to drive brand differentiation.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or a Graduate Diploma in Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in brand management or sales and marketing within the consumer/retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
