The School of Chemical and Life Sciences offers the Diploma in Biomedical Science which equips students with the skills and knowledge in the life sciences, medical technology and biotechnology industries. The appointee will be required to support course management and teach lessons to students of the Diploma in Biomedical Science.

[What you will be working on]

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Provide education and career guidance to students
- Develop and revise diploma-level modules
- Deliver diploma-level modules
- Supervise student projects and internships
- Build and develop capabilities in molecular genetics, cell biology techniques, mammalian cell culture and immunology, provide technology transfer to students.
- Provide operational and administrative support to course and school activities.

[What we are looking for]

**Requirements:

- **
- 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in the following areas:

- Medical Technology Skillsets
- Molecular Techniques
- Mammalian Cell Culture
- Immunology
- Microbiology
- Bioinformatics
- Passionate in learning and possess strong desire to mentor, coach as well as provide care and concern to students
- Positive, constructive and work well as a team
- People-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Self-directed, independent with analytical skills
- Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Relevant qualifications in Biomedical Science or its related field
