Job title: Customer Service Officer (Part-Time)

Location: 300 Tampines Avenue 5, Income at Tampines Junction, Singapore 529653

Working hours: Thurs or Fri 2:30pm to 9:30pm / Saturday 8:45am to 6pm (minimum 2 working days a week)

**Salary**: $12/hr

Description:
We are looking for Part-time Customer Service Officers to work together with us in a great & positive working environment at our tuition centres island-wide. (Students that are interested to gain experience in customer service excellence are welcome to join us)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and professional assistance to students, parents, and visitors entering the tuition centre, addressing inquiries about programs, schedules, and services
- Aid in the registration process for new students, including paperwork completion and fee collection
- Maintain a clean shopfront and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Must be able to commit for mínimally 1 year, at least 2 days a week out of the days listed

Preference: Part-time job for Diploma Holder / A-level Holder
