**About the role**

**Key responsibilities are as follows**:

- Conduct comprehensive health screenings that include taking a medical history, conducting physical exams, and reviewing vital statistics.
- Analyze laboratory and diagnostic test results as part of the patient screening process.
- Interpret medical data to diagnose patients of all ages, understand their medical histories, and provide accurate and efficient treatment plans.
- Use critical thinking and sound medical judgment when assessing patients' conditions and needs.
- Provide quality, patient-centered care with an emphasis on empathy and compassion.
- Communicate with patients and their families to establish trust and build therapeutic relationships.
- Keep detailed and accurate patient charts up-to-date electronically.
- Always maintain knowledge and adherence to all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other providers and staff to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

**About you**
- MBBS, with a valid SMC license
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting as a physician or healthcare provider.
- Strong diagnostic, medical reasoning, and treatment plan development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A commitment to providing the highest quality patient-centered care.
- Comfortable using electronic health records and computer programs.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
