**About the role**:
OLIVER is a rapidly expanding creative services agency with a twist - we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies that operate from within their offices.

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Content Creator, who will be working closely with the Group Account Director and existing team to generate engaging and customer focussed social content.

**What you will be doing**:
Content Creation:

- Develop high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (e.g., images, videos, stories) tailored to each social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and 小红书 (is a plus)
- Write compelling captions, post copy, and calls-to-action to drive engagement.

Ideation and Concept Development:

- Brainstorm new and creative ways to reach and engage target audiences.
- Stay informed about trends and cultural moments to create relevant and timely content.

Content Design and Editing:

- Utilize graphic design tools and video editing software to enhance content.
- Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets quality standards.

Planning, Scheduling and Posting:

- Work in collaboration with the Social Media Manager to manage and schedule the content calendar.

Research and Trend Analysis:

- Research industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging social media technologies.
- Adapt and experiment with different content types and formats to see what resonates most with the audience.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure alignment on campaigns and strategy.
- Collaborate with other creative team members to brainstorm ideas and execute campaigns.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
