The SOC DevOps Team Automation Specialist Lead is a senior level professional position responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls and for the supported groups
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software
- Experience utilizing a SOAR platform
- Experience with various scripting languages
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
- Experience using cyber security tools (Splunk, CrowdStrike Falcon, Tanium)
- Experience using ServiceNow and Jira
- Prior Leadership experience is a plus
- Proficient with MS Office suit (Office, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
- Be able to manage linux and windows web servers to facilitate internal SOC tools and file shares.
- Educate SOC personnel on the use of XSOAR platform
- Have the ability to create and maintain MS-SQL and MongoDB databases
- Develop/Implement automation solutions for SOC teams and demonstrate to senior stakeholders the time ROI benefits of automations
- Onboard and train new DevOps team members on Citi and SOC best practices.
- Proven analytical skills
- Direct the development and delivery of secure solutions by coordinating with business and technical contacts

**Qualifications**:

- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills
- Proven analytical skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
