Assistant Director, Talent Development, Human Resources Division

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer, the Assistant Director of Talent Development position is responsible for leading and managing the learning, Organisational Development and talent management and succession planning functions within the Hospital.
You will provide strategic focus on how the various learning programmes contribute towards the Hospital’s goal of being a learning and continuously improving healthcare system, and manage various portfolios such as leadership development, sponsorships and attachments, corporate training, courses and conferences, etc. In your Organisational Development role, you are responsible to lead and manage the assessment of organisational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programmes to meet those needs. You will work on designing and implementing a robust talent management and succession planning framework within the hospital to ensure a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals with the right skills and values.
Your role also encompasses supporting the development, implementation and review of career development paths and their corresponding competency frameworks within the cluster.
You will manage all employees of the Talent Development section and are responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the section.

Job Requirements

Degree with 12 to 14 years of relevant experience, of which at least 6 years are in a managerial/supervisory role
Knowledge of and experience in SAP/SF HRIS will be an advantage
A resourceful and driven people leader with excellent project management and communication skills
