Liaise with users and vendors for Procurement related activities.
- Solicit best bids in accordance with the company’s standard procurement policies and procedures.
- Address clearly the agreed specification requirements, terms and conditions to vendors.
- Assist Procurement Manager to prepare and conduct bids evaluation analysis.
- Organize technical and commercial clarification meetings with vendor if required.
- Expedite for vendors’ quotations and users’ decision in accordance to agreed timeline.
- Assist Procurement Manager to prepare procurement related documents.
- Manage proper efiling of Procurement related documents.
- Assist to archive hardcopy of old RFQ documents and organise vendors’ samples.

**Requirements**:

- Meticulous.
- Able to multi-task and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter, passion to develop a career in Procurement.
- Willing to work during events day for assigned event duties.
- Working location at Changi Airport Terminal 2.

**Job Types**: Contract, Internship
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $800.00 - $1,900.00 per month
