We are seeking a proactive and organized Delivery Fleet Planner cum Operations Assistant to support our operations team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet Planning**:Coordinate and plan the delivery routes for the fleet, ensuring optimal utilization of vehicles and timely delivery of goods.
- **Schedule Management**:Develop and maintain delivery schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to meet delivery deadlines.
- **Inventory Coordination**:Work closely with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels, prepare orders for dispatch, and ensure accurate documentation.
- **Operational Support**:Assist in day-to-day operations, including handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and managing delivery documentation.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Track and analyze fleet performance metrics, such as delivery times, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- **Communication**:Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- **Compliance**:Ensure all fleet operations comply with local regulations and company policies, including safety standards and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- **Problem Solving**:Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process to minimize disruptions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Previous experience in logistics, fleet management, or operations support is preferred but not required.
- **Organizational Skills**:Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and customers.
- **Analytical Skills**:Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize fleet operations.
