**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Learning Operations Specialist to join our HR function based in Singapore.

As the Learning Operations Specialist, you will:

- Planning and Coordinating end-to-end program delivery of Toll’s Management & Professional Development Programs and Initiatives enterprise wide
- Communication of enrolments and invites to Key Stakeholders (HRBPs, managers and attendees)
- Manage and facilitate learning operations-related matters such as registration, MS Teams and Zoom workshop facilitation, etc.
- Ensure learning records are accurately maintained and updated in the system - Schedule and manage learning calendar and internal communication collaterals
- Support the LMS specialist in management of the LMS and professional development platforms
- Providing training to end users of LMS to support business units in engagement with the LMS system
- Day to day management of Learning inbox and LMS requirements globally.
- Maintain budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
- Implementing feedback metrics in line with the Kirkpatrick Model to evaluate enterprise programs
- Support team in other ad-hoc L&D projects as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience in L&D, with passionate about people, culture, and learning
- Excellent planning, organizing and follow-through skills
- Strong communication, good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and interface effectively with all levels within the organization.
- LMS system experience preferred
- Knowledge in eLearning authoring software such as Storyline/Articulate or other relevant authoring skills is an advantage
