1. Ensure drawings meet relevant building code and compliance requirements.

3. Produce site layouts, floor, sections, elevation plans and detailed construction drawings.

4. To fully grasp project needs and incorporate suggestions and ideas into designs, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
5. Review and update drawings based on scope of works, ensuring they meet local building regulations, codes and specific project specifications.

6. Other tasks and responsibilities may be reasonably requested by the Management.

**Who we are looking for：**

0-2 years of experience
**- Someone who is eager to learn the trade directly from an experienced Architect/Engineer with potential to move into a more key role in future.**
- Plus point if there is proficiency in 3D modelling/rendering (Sketch-up, Rhino, Vray, Enscape, C4D, etc)
- Good knowledge of authorities building codes and regulations is a bonus.
- At least a diploma in architectural related courses is preferred. Civil Engineering graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Exceptional drafting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work in a team environment.
- Interested to be part of a pioneering team.
