Job Responsibilities:

- Able to understand the product, pricing, creative and be confident with necessary professional jewellery knowledge.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Promote brand awareness through company’s brand policies and sale procedures.
- Recommend jewellery that matches customer’s needs by accurately describing product features and benefits.
- Provide satisfactory after-sales services to customers
- Keep up to date with product information and upcoming promotions.
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness with the store and jewellery displays.
- Price tagging as required and Manage stock inventory.
- Participate in jewellery exhibitions / Popup or events.
- Responsible for handling Jewellery and Gemstones with care.
- Handle sales enquiries and process sales orders for all platforms.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maximitze sales by achieving sales targets/goals.
- Scheduling of employees' time sheet.
- Provide training to part time employees.
- Interested in expanding to managerial role.
- Able to work 5.5 days per week (Including Public Holidays/Weekends)
