As the company expands, we are looking for a talented **3D Architectural Designer** to join their innovative and dynamic team in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**
- 3D Modeling & Visualization: Create detailed, high-quality 3D models of architectural projects using software such as Rhino, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent, to visualize the design concepts for both internal presentations and client-facing deliverables.
- Rendering & Animation: Develop photorealistic renderings and animations using tools like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar, to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and landscape architects to ensure that the 3D visualizations accurately represent the intended design vision.
- Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the early stages of design conceptualization, translating ideas into compelling 3D visuals.
- Project Documentation: Assist in preparing architectural drawings and documents, ensuring that the designs align with local regulations, client briefs, and technical requirements.
- Presentation Support: Prepare visually compelling presentations for clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring a consistent and high-quality representation of design concepts.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in 3D design, architecture, and visualization tools to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of outputs.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field with a strong emphasis on 3D design and visualization.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and/or Lumion.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus. Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software is advantageous. Experience with Unreal Engine or similar software for real-time rendering is a bonus.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in 3D architectural design or visualization, preferably within a design firm or architectural practice.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization of architectural projects is required.
- Creative Vision: A keen eye for detail, composition, and architectural aesthetics, with the ability to create visually stunning and accurate representations of design concepts.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving: Ability to work within tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
- Local Knowledge: Understanding of architectural standards, codes, and practices in Singapore is a strong advantage.
