**Project** Description**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
- Take ownership of the business architecture of Temenos implementation
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation
- Structure requirements, write user stories/specifications and work with development team for software delivery within an Agile framework
- Groom requirement backlog with business stakeholders
- Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- Conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve our processes
- Be accountable for the IT software product throughout the entire software lifecycle (i.e. not just change)
- Analyzing business requirements for Execution Tools and breakdown into technical requirements
- Understanding business use cases for front-to-back flow of order lifecycle
- Act as intermediary between development team and stakeholders

**Skills**:
Must have
- Professional experience in Temenos Tripple A is a must
- Business requirements grooming and translating them into suitable, cost-effective technology solutions for implementation
- Experience working in a demanding globally distributed team-based environment and ability to work independently
- Strong process flow analysis skills and use case modelling from an end-to-end perspective.
- Vetting of business change requests and assessing proposed solutions with the dev team, such that a high-level effort estimation can be prepared
- Ability to articulate ideas, business processes and solutions to a wide audience in a non-technical manner
- Harnessing the team's resources and assigning change requests to an individual based on their area of expertise
- Solid understanding and experience in using Jira, Confluence
