**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage centre’s operations and ensure compliance.
- Meet enrolment targets.
- Assist in the development of school’s curriculum.
- Manage financial expenses and budgets.
- Develop growth strategies and plans to maximise centre’s capacity and increase revenue.
- Manage and motivate staff to perform at their highest level.
- Ensure quality teaching through assessment of teachers.
- Identify training needs and provide training roadmap for staff and teachers.
- Actively engage parents to deliver the best education to the children.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Early Childhood
- Minimum 1 year supervisory and leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
