**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify quantities, condition and type of goods received
- Ensure proper labeling & storing of goods received
- Liaise with suppliers and buyers on delivery schedule
- Ensure accurate update of goods received and goods issued into system
- Pick and distribute materials to the wards and departments
- Replenish stock, monitor stock expiry & conduct cycle counts every quarterly
- Perform yearly stock take
- Maintain good housekeeping and safe workplace
- Dispose obsolete equipment and material

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in hospital setting
- Proficient in SAP
- Independent as well as a team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and committed to completing job tasks within timeline
