**Responsibilities**:
**THE ROLE**:
**THE PERSON**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to work in a dynamic, product oriented, distributed team.
- Must be able to perform multiple roles as required and assigned.
- Have good attitude and strong team player.
- Must be able to work on 12hours rotating shift.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Test and Post Test conversion, setup, and sustaining
- Test and Post Test equipment and hardware maintenance
- Hardware checkout activities
- Support SLT/VST bench testing
- 2D bin-sorter setup and sustaining
- Product vacuum packing and boxing
- ESD control
- Maintaining material inventory
- Key KPIs are Tester Utilization, Hardware readiness, On-time shipment, CIP, 5S, EHS
- Usage of LN2 supply system and LN2 elf tank refilling

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Knowledge computer and Microsoft office software
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies.
- ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, ISO9001 audits

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- ITE or above technical qualification
- 2-to-3-year experience in Final Test Operations
