**Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**:Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- **Operational Management**:Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising.
- **Training and Development**:Train, coach, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- **Customer Experience**:Ensure that every customer receives prompt and courteous service, and handle any escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
- **Sales Performance**:Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales and meet targets.
- **Inventory Control**:Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with management to place orders and replenish merchandise.
- **Visual Merchandising**:Maintain visual standards and ensure that the store layout and displays effectively showcase products and promotions.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations related to health, safety, and security.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency to management as required.
- **Promotions and Events**:Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and sales campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous Experience**:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
- **Leadership Skills**:Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively leading and motivating a team.
- **Customer Focus**:Passion for providing exceptional customer service and ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- **Sales Acumen**:Excellent sales skills with the ability to drive sales and meet targets in a retail environment.
- **Organizational Skills**:Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
- **Flexibility**:Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- **Knowledge**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with retail POS systems is preferred.
