**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive resolution of product issues reported from the field by coordinating with engineering, production, and suppliers.
- Lead quality investigations and root cause analysis for defective parts or systems; propose and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage non-conformance tracking, documentation, and follow-up to closure.
- Review factory test protocols, inspection procedures, and quality plans to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct on-site quality audits and follow up on continuous improvement plans.
- Define and refine testing methodologies and inspection standards based on component types (electronic, mechanical, plastic, or metal).
- Prepare and deliver technical failure analysis reports to clients.
- Maintain documentation and traceability for all QA activities, including issue logs, test results, and quality KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent).
- 5-10 years’ experience in Quality or Process Engineering within a **manufacturing or production environment**.
- Familiar with electronic or electro-mechanical components, plastic and metal part quality control.
- Proficient in technical drawing interpretation and defining inspection standards.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools and basic data/statistical analysis.
- Strong understanding of quality methodologies and structured root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality system documentation.
- Able to prepare technical reports and communicate clearly with both local and overseas stakeholders.
- **Mandarin fluency required** to liaise with suppliers in China.
- Hands-on, responsible, and proactive in solving on-site technical issues.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,200.00 per month
