**Position**

Moovaz is looking for a data-driven Data Analyst to join our Product team. The Data Analyst will work closely with growth, commercial and operations departments by providing useful insights and suggestions.

You will be reporting to the Product Lead, Moovaz.

**Responsibilities**
- Be the heart of product data analysis; mine data for insights, test and validate hypotheses about user behaviours
- Define key metrics, develop dashboards, track KPIs and analyse data that inform success for the Product Team and Growth Team
- Identify opportunities in data to accelerate product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization
- Develop user archetypes and build dashboards to demonstrate their usage patterns
- Explain trends across data sources and identify potential opportunities for growth or improvement
- Work closely with product and growth to make sure we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights
- Raise the bar for data analytics in Product by providing craft guidance, championing best practices and ensuring the correct tools are available
- Help us measure and drive adoption and engagement of the product, down to individual features and feature updates
- Perform strategic and ad-hoc data work in support of Product Team and Growth Team
- Provide data-based recommendations

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Data Analyst with proven track record
- Experience in product data analytics within an agile environment, playing a key role in data gathering, data analysis and helping the team make data-based decisions
- Self-starter, with demonstrated success in using analytics to drive the understanding, growth, and success of a product
- Experience in a fast-paced, product-led organisation
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and big data
- Technical expertise regarding data models, data visualisation tools, business intelligence tools, data orientated programming languages, AB testing
- Exceptional communication skills to help deliver insights to diverse stakeholders
