In Asia, Citi Commercial Cards was first launched in 2005 and is now available in 14 markets across the region, supporting comprehensive and digital cards solutions across Travel, B2B and VCA, Purchasing, and Meeting & Events to Citi’s institutional clients, including the public sector. Our multi-year growth in Asia in Commercial Cards has been unprecedented and is a critical strategic component of the future growth in core cash fees for the TTS Asia franchise.

- Maximum Global Acceptance: Citi cards are accepted at 45+ million merchant locations and 1,900,000 ATMs in over 200 countries and territories.
- Broadest Proprietary Network: Service in over 100 countries including 65 local currency card programs, 45 currencies and over 28 languages. Consistent Citi managed programs and products, implementations and service around the globe.
- Global Data and Global Reporting: Citi's unified global technology system and single data repository provides our clients a complete view of their global program data, through a mínimal number of reporting tools, with extractable common data attributes and standardized reporting - this facilitates unmatched control and visibility.
- Customized Global File Integration: Flexible and customizable Expense Management Systems (EMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, e.g. SAP, Concur, and Oracle file integration capabilities across the globe—this includes both format and frequency.
- Expansion and Innovation Investment: Citi continues to be committed to invest in our products and services—we are focused on global expansion, streamlined management and servicing, and our core capabilities of innovative and efficient solutions.

**Role Overview**
- This individual is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Commercial Cards business in Asia including oversight for the product programs, risk and controls, P&L management, budgeting, people management and talent development.
- Deliver the financial commitments by driving a balanced P&L, growing the underlying business drivers and optimizing returns
- Member of the Global Commercial Cards Exco, collaborating extensively with the global leadership team to inform, develop and deliver global strategy
- Ensure product superiority and profitability of current products with high quality customer experience. Ensure new product development and launches in key market segments.
- Define market needs and develop strategies to bring the right products and solutions to market that are competitively differentiated.
- Equip Sales and coverage teams with value propositions in the market for our clients.
- Drive campaign and initiatives through sales and coverage to deliver product driver and P&L targets
- Deliver innovative solutions in partnership with Lab, clients and other fintech / industry players
- Continue to drive to 100% digital end-to-end across the business
- Attract, motivate, develop and retain top talent
- Strive to make Commercial Cards a more mainstream business within the rest of TTS
- Re-assess and drive platform strategy for countries not on global platform
- Partner with Operations & Technology to ensure product delivery within standards and reengineer existing products to gain scale and efficiency in conjunction with market expansion.
- Ensure credit, documentation and a compliance environment, including Product Approval Programs
- Expand Commercial Cards market presence through customer events, media, speaking engagements, and thought leadership
- Continue to build, drive and leverage external network partnerships with Visa and MasterCard and other industry players

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of successful P&L management of a large and end-to-end business
- Experience in understanding the Commercial Cards businesses
- Ability, passion and drive to motivate business and team performance.
- 5+ years product or business management experience in corporate banking / transaction service with in-depth experience in Commercial Cards
- 3+ years direct people management experience
