**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Summary**

Maintain and operate both hardware and software that the company provides. Assist in machine demonstrations to clients, as well as providing in-house technical support and answering clients’ questions regarding anything technical. Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as samples, marketing collateral, or logos.

**Essential Job Tasks**
- Maintain and operate all machinery that the company provides
- Do profiling using various devices on a variety of machines
- Provide in-house technical support and training to staff
- Carry out client jobs as they come in, which may include design, printing and other post-printing processes like lamination and cutting.
- Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding any technical issues relating to machinery or equipment
- Study blueprints or manufacturers' manuals to determine correct installation, reparation, maintenance or operation of machinery.
- Demonstrate equipment functions and features to clients.
- Train new or existing customers on operational usage of machinery procured from the company
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organise and accomplish your work
- Provide assistance with in-house design needs such as marketing or promotional collateral and upkeeping of company website.
- Design and produce samples which showcases the capabilities of demo machines.

- Design - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

- Equipment Maintenance — Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
- Troubleshooting — Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
- Quality Control Analysis — Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
- Full Technical knowledge of Basic Machinery - Epson (all series), Graphtec (all series), Laminator
- Basic Technical knowledge of Advanced Machinery - Laser cutting machine, digital cutting systems, CNC routers, complex large printers
- Strong knowledge of software - ONYX, Epson Edge, ColourPrint, FlexiPrint, Wasatch,
- Strong knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, FlexiSign, Graphtec Pro Studio, Cutting Master 4
- General knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and networking
