**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity, working as our
**Web Senior Develope**r within the Asia Pacific region. Within the role you’ll build and unit/integration testing of Web front end.

You will have a chance to be part of new project that will build a new
**end-to-end Digital Native Insurance Platform** to enable new distribution models. Insurance offerings on this platform will be specifically designed for high levels of automation and straight through processing across the full insurance value chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build a deep understanding of business requirements and best ways to build web front end.
- Build of Web frontend using HTML, CSS, **Javascript, ReactJS**, Redux & REST/JSON
- Unit testing (JEST), integration testing and deployments in various environments
- Trouble shooting & defect analysis
- Interfacing with other teams for technical details related to integration of web with back-end services
- Build & unit test of reusable UI components with ReactJS
- Documentation of code
- CI/CD processes (eg. configuration management, daily automated build, unit testing etc)
- Occasional travel may be required

**Your skills and experience**:

- 7+ years HTML, CSS and **Javascript** programming experience.
- Prior experience **ReactJS** and REST/JSON
- Prior experience in Financial Services or Insurance highly regarded
- Experience with JEST, JIRA, BitBucket, Bamboo, Sonarqube

**Skills**:

- Problem solving skills
- Experience with MVC and other design patters
- Passion for new and emerging technologies. Ability to investigate these in depth.
- Ability to understand business requirements in detail.
