- 21 minutes agoWe are currently working with a renowned REIT with strong expansion growth strategy regionally to bring in a talented Leasing Manager / Senior Manager who is dependable and possesses a technical and commercial mindset to support a portfolio of industrial real estate assets in Singapore. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement effective marketing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy for the portfolio.
- Conduct market research to understand industry needs and maintain updated market benchmarks for rental and occupancy.
- Identify potential leads through networking and contacts to secure new tenants.
- Renew and/or grow existing tenants, considering the overall portfolio plans and aiming for positive rental reversions.
- Source and manage leasing pipelines creatively to convert leads into deals.
- Identify and maximize all existing and potential sources of income for the assigned portfolio.
- Increase portfolio occupancy by networking with real estate professionals and utilizing various marketing media.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with tenants, gaining a deeper understanding of their needs and future plans.
- Assist in preparing leasing reports and other ad hoc reports for management.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines, lease covenants, and obligations of the Trust.
- Provide feedback on proposed AEI/redevelopment works to enhance properties' marketability and revenue stream.
- Respond to RFPs and identify strategies to improve chances of securing them.
- Assist in feasibility studies, negotiate commercial terms with prospects, and manage stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 5-8 years of experience in Industrial Property Leasing Management
- Possesses good knowledge of Leasing Management
- Hold a professional degree relevant to the role or possess equivalent experience in related industry sectors.
- Have in-depth experience in managing multi-properties portfolio
- Capable of establishing strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in planning and creating appropriate documents, reports, and design processes tailored to the needs of the intended recipients.
- Demonstrated ability to provide agile working, effectively manage schedules and programs, and prioritize workloads.
