**Key Responsibilities**
- Independently carry out standardized operations as per SOP and 6S standards, and guide the team to meet order deadlines and ensure timely deliveries.
- Address issues in the delivery process, report unresolved problems promptly, and seek solutions to maintain order flow.
- Ensure timely completion of all warehouse orders and deliveries, understand operational requirements, regularly summarise and categorize delivery data, including abnormal orders, and provide timely feedback.
- Follow up on maintenance orders, organize and file documents, manage inventory, and perform regular counts.
- Optimize daily work systems, resolve abnormal issues, and enhance work efficiency.
- Manage 6S on-site and assist the supervisor when needed.

- NITEC or higher, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
- 1-year experience in warehouse operations is preferable.
- Proficient in office software, and familiar with warehouse entry and exit processes and basic computer operations.
- Good teamwork and communication skills, strong integrity, attention to detail, strong professional ethics, good organizational and coordination abilities, initiative, and responsibility.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and willing to follow leadership directions.
- Training will be provided.
