**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify software issues.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand technical requirements and implement test strategies.
- Conduct manual and automated testing, including functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Report, track, and manage defects using appropriate tools.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Provide input for continuous improvement of testing practices and processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in the healthcare technology sector.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and scripting.
- Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
