Roles & Responsibilities
**Summary**:
We are looking for individuals who have strong self-motivated and strong passion for learning and growing a career in an expanding Corporate and Accounting Services company in Singapore.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and maintain clients’ accounts including accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank reconciliations, and invoicing
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of accounts
- Assist in quartly GST submission and filing
- Ensure the accuracy of financial documents as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Liaise with clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters
- perform other ad-hac duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accountancy with 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Sound analytical and meticulous in numbers
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork
- Ability to work independently with strong accountability
- Proficient in computer skills and high efficiency in Microsoft Office
