**Education and Experience Requirements**
- WSQ Diploma qualified
- 3 years+ of administrative assistant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hebrew, and Japanese - an advantage
- Able to multi-task, self-motivated, meticulous, and organized
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook,
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong desire to grow or continue your career
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hebrew, or Japanese - an advantage
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Prioritize inquiries and requests in close coordination with our Senior Staff, while troubleshooting
- scheduling conflicts effectively
- Keeping our Senior Staff well informed of upcoming commitments, following up and making any necessary changes
- Manage a global calendar in coordination with our top global stakeholders for committee meetings
- Handle all the business-related issues for, and oversee special projects as assigned by the Senior Staff
- Solve any issues in real time
- Build working relationships with key stakeholders and their relevant staff.
- Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant

- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Provides information by answering questions and requests
- Maintains inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needs
- supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Check and record employee reimbursement
- Prepare and manage the payments cycle for outsourced vendors and recruitments companies
- Complete monthly and yearly submissions to the tax authorities (social security, VAT, etc)
- Manage monthly and yearly-end closings
