Office Location: Boon Lay (Jurong Logistics Hub)

Working Hours: 8 AM - 1 PM / 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)

Duration: Part-Time, Permanent Role

**Responsibilities**

▪ Process sales order.

▪ Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.

▪ Prepare invoices according to received orders, ensuring all information is accurate.

▪ Coordination, monitor and troubleshooting assistance for client’s order.

▪ Ad-hoc duties as and when required

**Requirements**:

- O-level or equivalent.
- With 1 year of Sales Processing experience.
- Proactive and positive working attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Only Singaporean may apply.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
