**Full-Time Happy Service Crew (Day & Night Shifts)**

We’re looking for a friendly and passionate individual to join our team as a **Full-Time Happy Service Crew**, spreading happiness one sweet treat at a time If you take pride in making people smile, love creating memorable dining experiences, and enjoy working with desserts, wines, and tea-based cocktails, we’d love for you to join our rainbow family.

**Your Role**

As part of our Happy Service Crew, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, delightful, and memorable visit at Arc-en-ciel Pâtisserie. You’ll work closely with our small and dedicated team to deliver service that’s genuine, attentive, and full of heart.

Your responsibilities include:

- **Guest Experience**:Welcome and serve guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
- **Service Operations**:Take and serve orders, handle payments, and ensure smooth table service.
- **Product Knowledge**:Be familiar with our menu of parfaits, wines, and tea-based mocktails and cocktails to confidently recommend pairings and answer customer questions.
- **Cleanliness & Setup**:Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- **Teamwork**:Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service flow.
- **Upselling**:Recommend menu items or pairings to enhance the customer experience.
- **Customer Feedback**:Proactively address guest feedback to ensure satisfaction and return visits.
- **Training & Mentorship**:Support and guide part-timers when needed, ensuring consistency in service standards.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re looking for someone who brings **energy, professionalism, and a love for people**to our team — someone who enjoys making others happy through thoughtful service.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:At least **1 year of experience**in F&B service or customer-facing roles.
- ✨ **Personality**:Cheerful, confident, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- **Skills**:Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities.
- **Bonus Skills**:Knowledge of **simple cocktails**and **matcha preparation**is a plus
- **Commitment**:Able to commit for a **minimum of 3 months**, working up to **44 hours per week**(including **weekends, evenings, and public holidays**).
- **Eligibility**:Open to **Singaporeans and PRs only.**
