Business Analyst, Cash Management and

**Context**:

- Responsible for the delivery of the CMTP Asia business requirement document together with IT, Operation, and local team
- Responsible for the end-to-end product development of Transaction Banking products for Asia, in close coordination with IT, Operation and local team
- Responsible for building the Transaction Banking products offer for Asia, in close coordination with the Front-Office
- Contributes to the management reporting of the Asia project, within the bank’s governance of the Cash Management Transformation Program in Asia
- Contribute to IT projects in the banking industry for Antaes clients
- Strong domain knowledge in Cash Management with deep understanding in at least one of the products: channel & reporting, payment & collection, liquidity management, account services, clearing & settlement
- Expert in payment systems, domestic and cross border, including FX transactions
- Good understanding of the processes and IT systems for Cash Management
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

capture/discuss requirement
- To be able to elicit requirements from business to ensure completeness

and no ambiguity
- Contributes to end-to-end analysis of processes in Asia, and to the definition of target processes with a view to enabling Straight Through Processing where possible
- Coordinate internal/business review and get business signoff for the

business requirement document, cost, plan and various specifications.
- Have access to market intelligence and is aware of regulatory

requirements and trends of Cash Management and Payment Services
Responsible for the end-to-end product development of Transaction Banking products for Asia in close coordination with IT, Operation and local team
- Play a consultant role to ITB business to come out with multiple options for solutions and initiatives
- Be the bridge between ITB business and IT delivery team during all

phases of System Development Life Cycle
- Ensure harmony and compatibility of proposed solution with existing systems
- Coordinates UATs from ITB perspective
- Contributes to the Change Management of the program and the implementation of the associated Target Operating Model in Asia
- Key project success indicators are relayed to the CMTP Asia Program Manager for consolidation: business risks, issues (alerts), budgetary topics and critical path monitoring for combined operational reporting of the program

Responsible for building the Transaction Banking products offer for Asia, in close coordination with the Front-Office
- In close collaboration with the regional Transaction Banking Products in Asia, coordinates ITB contributions to the definition of the product and country roadmap, in line with the Transaction Banking product strategy for Asia, and contributes to the resulting business case
- Closely works with regional product teams to manage the right quality of contributions and details on the product offer from Transaction Banking side
- Ensures that products delivered or improved by the CMTP Asia project are incorporated in the global product catalogue
- Coordinates the delivery of the NAP (New Activities and Products) associated with the CMTP Asia roadmap by local or regional product managers

Contributes to the management reporting of the Asia project, within the bank’s governance of the Cash Management Transformation Program in Asia
- Contributes to the preparation and facilitation of governance and management meetings of the project, as defined by the Program Director (overall), Asia ITB referent manager and the sponsors
- Contributes to the follow up and risk assessment
- Performs quality assessment on deliverables
- Contributes to the follow up of project management metrics, and especially the ITB KPIs
- Contributes to the Change Request preparation, organization and assessment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Working in Banking environment and / or international organization will be an advantage
- At least 5 years of relevant business analysis experience in financial

services environment, preferably in area of cash management
- Possess end to end business knowledge of Payments all the way from

customer initiation via channels to back end fulfilment and settlement
- Has a thorough understanding of relevant products such as domestic and international payments, real-time payments, client acquisition and reporting channels, RTGS transactions and FX payments
- International experience; working across borders in a truly multi-cultural environment
