Ensure timely receipt of materials and components in JDE to allow information availability for other site functions, in compliance with local EH&S guidelines, Edwards procedures, and other applicable regulations, as well as fulfillment of customers requests for shipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor inventory levels, receive raw materials and components in JDE and all other systems, review and store materials in designated warehouse locations to facilitate ease of access and retrieval based on the purchasing priority list, and provide receiving documentation to finance for payment to vendors
- Maintain inventory accuracy and on-time delivery of products to customers; handle in-bound and out-bound shipments and related documentation, including inquiry from customs officers
- Dispatch bulky materials throughout the plant, in fulfillment of requisitions and/or request to move.
- Track materials usage on daily basis. Perform packaging for shipment, create pick list and invoices for shipments
- Review receiving documentation in comparison with physical counts and provide to material handlers
- Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records and may enter information into JDE, or other systems as required
- Other incidental duties: General work area housekeeping and visual inspection of storage containers

**Education and Experience**:
**Other**: 2 Years years experience with previous related experience in a warehouse environment Required or
Secondary Education Preferred

**Additional Skills**:

- Good computer skills and analytical skills, preferred
- Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English, and good communication skills, required
- Experience with handling of chemicals, preferred
- Must be able to work in a team environment, including exchanging information related to performing required tasks with colleagues, within and outside of the warehouse, and with minimum supervision by following detailed established work instructions
- Ability to monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including JDE and other related system operation and updates
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
