We are currently seeking a Receptionist to support our U.P. Singapore Gym. This position is available as a part-time role. **Responsibilities** - Familiarise yourself with the company's system software, update appointment calendars. - Handle large payment transactions. - Multitasking, e.g. taking orders and making pre/post-workout beverages. - Amiable and endearing personality. - Taking initiative and working well independently. - Warmly welcome clients and attend to potential customers, always ready. - Keep the reception area neat and tidy at all times. - Answer incoming calls to address enquiries. - Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks - Liaise with suppliers - Prepare and serve refreshments **Salary**: $10 per hour **Job Type**: Part time Hours: Weekdays / Weekends / Public Holiday - flexible to do morning or evening shift.
