THE ROLE - WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a driven Director of Enterprise Sales to lead and implement our B2B sales strategy. Your primary role will be reaching out to leading companies, consulting and selling our digital learning solutions. We look for people who have a deep passion for sharing knowledge and possess significant real-world experience.

Experience in a training or education field is preferred; however we look for people with a great can-do attitude, knowledge and experience of digital skills, and desire to help our corporate clients to succeed. You will be joining a global team, working closely with a team of experienced educators, to provide digital learning solutions to the corporate world.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Selling our scheduled workshops programme, as well as our custom training offering
- Managing our Sales CRM in Hubspot
- Identifying new business opportunities that generate revenue
- Prospecting, setting up demos and sales pitches
- Customer on-boarding and ongoing customer relationship management

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience and success in enterprise sales.
- You are a confident communicator with problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- You are proactive, autonomous and resourceful.
- Significant understanding of digital skills including UX Design, Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum, Digital Marketing, Product Management, Innovation and Software Development.
- Above all you have a great attitude, a passion for working with people, and a deep love for what you do.
