**Job Description**:
1. Responsible for creative planning, copywriting, demand submission and landing of content marketing (including but not limited to video/copywriting/print).

3. Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with brand communication

4. Responsible for the regular content operation and live broadcast activities of social platforms.

5. Responsible for the planning and execution of Social Campaign, including but not limited to product launches, brand promotion, etc.

6. Responsible for KOL management, planning of talent planting on different platforms, content co-creation with experts, explosive article output and sales drainage.

7. Responsible for the management of the content marketing team (system, process, assessment, training, etc.), and lead the team to achieve the goal.

**Requirements**:
1.More than 2 years working experience in Social MKT/Digital MKT, with a certain brand/marketing theoretical foundation, familiar with online content operation and product operation

2. Have at least 2 years of experience in content operation or new media operation, have Internet marketing thinking, and care about hot events,

3. Have certain marketing planning and copywriting capabilities, and have planned popular copywriting or activities.

4. Understand and gain insight into consumption hotspots, have keen market awareness, good operational thinking and innovation awareness, and logical thinking

5. Strong communication and coordination skills, strong execution.

6. Background experience in consumer resistance/FMCG/retail.
