**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the planning, co-ordination and implementation of all areas surrounding the live delivery of matches from venue to Media Partner.
- Assist in the definition of the production plans and work with the AFC Media Partners to ensure that they are producing and delivering matches in accordance with them.
- Responsible for ensuring all the satellite paths, fibre and IP services are booked and checked for each match.
- Ensuring the signal distribution of the AFC properties through Day to Day management of the service provider responsible for coordinating and monitoring the signal delivery of the live matches from the venue to the Media Partners and other service providers.
- Day to Day management of the Satellite, fibre and IP delivery service providers.
- Booking of SNG services where required for uplink services from countries across Asia.
- Management of the broadcaster booking tool and ensuring that the service providers authorise the correct Media Partners receivers so that they receive the requested matches.
- Oversee matchday & tournament operations from a technical broadcast operations perspective, including troubleshooting of issues arising from live broadcast production.
- Oversee the MCR and production monitoring services provided by the Satellite service provider.
- Monitoring the services provided by the Service providers on match days and assisting in troubleshooting issues as they happen.
- Responsible for managing booking of all commentators as well as commentary booth for each match.
- Responsible for processing of associated invoices for commentators.

**General**
- Strive for ongoing improvement in all areas of the signal delivery, management and delivery of content from the MAM and support for Media Partners.
- Play a key role in managing staff within the Technical and content team and managing the day to day operations of our Service Providers.
- Manage project planning timeline for satellite, fibre and IP services & content delivery; track progress and provide regular internal and external reporting.
- Monitor and support the management of the satellite, fibre and IP services budget.
- Manage commentator’s pool and associated budget.
- Ensure all relevant legal and compliance requirements are met.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- At least 6 years of senior-level experience in planning and delivering technical broadcast operations and content services at international football events; broadcast experience in Asia an asset.
- Strong broadcast technical knowledge and hands on experience of satellite, fibre and IP service bookings, signal transmission, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Excellent people management skills; able to be both a good leader and a team player.
- Strong sense of responsibility and continuous improvement.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications an asset.
- Experience of working in a high-pressure, rapid-growth environment

**Attributes and qualities desired**
- Fluent in written and spoken English; other Asian languages as asset.
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Dedicated, detail-minded, well-organized.
- Ability to work in and outside of normal office hours to match the delivery of the matches.
