**Management Consulting & Corporate Advisory **- From management consulting to corporate advisory, we work hand-in-hand with entrepreneurs on business transformation and corporate strategy so as to attract investors, business partnerships and talents.

**Sell-side Advisory **- We support entrepreneurs in investor-matching opportunities from angel investors to institutional funders, venture capitalists and investment bankers.

**Buy-side Investment **- We focus on investing our resources and expertise in selected businesses. As such, the chosen entrepreneurs are guided, mentored, coached and trained to grow from entrepreneurs to investors. We also have an investor club where selected projects are shown to buy-side UHNWs, funds, family offices and others.

**Responsibilities**:
As part of the Corporate Finance Team, working closely with the CEO and Corporate Finance Director/Manager, your responsibilities include:

- Perform fundamental research to provide deep knowledge and insights of business, industry and sectoral trends.
- Collecting and analyzing data for the purpose of identifying gaps and the brainstorming of business models of our SME clients for future growth prospects.
- Assessment of internal and external factors of the business models of our SME clients; as well as macro-analysis and industry analysis to identify potential forces that may disrupt their existing business models.
- Assessment of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (“SWOT”) as well as competitive and gap analysis including financial modelling.
- Development of Merger & Acquisition (“M&A”) strategies playbook that compliments and supports overall growth of our clients.
- Provide M&A support on financial analysis of acquisition targets and assessment of targets’ background information.
- Performing environment scan to understand the competitive landscape of our clients.
- Structure and conduct quantitative and qualitative research on industry and sectoral trends which are relevant for SMEs.
- Synthesize findings into written presentations, publications &/ online platforms; reviewing and discussing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce analysis and documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparation of pitch decks, deal sheets, etc.
- Participate in events and attend internal/external meetings
- Any other adhoc duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Degree-qualified in any discipline, preferably in economics, business or finance.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an analyst or research role. Prior experience in corporate finance, investment banking or research houses will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to organize and synthesize data to submit quality reports.
- Good sense of judgment, intellectual curiosity and logical & critical thinking skills.
- Attention to details and able to write and present thoughts succinctly.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with the team.
- Resourceful, self-starter and positive working attitude.
- Excellent presentation skills with a flair for writing and good with both qualitative and quantitative information.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- A well-organized person who is able to prioritize and treat deadlines seriously.
- Familiarity with SME businesses and comfortable to play the role as the “go-to” for all in-house research support matters for SME businesses.
