Constellar is looking for an experienced Event Registration Manager / Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team of experienced specialists to accelerate our growth in Asia. The Event Registration Manager / Assistant Manager will partner with the project teams, digital experts, and customers success services to plan, develop and manage the registration processes with customer focus at the forefront while implementing best practices to capture data that will provide customers insights and business intelligence for our events.

**In this role, you will**:

- Plan, manage and deliver all facets of the registration process (online and onsite) for Constellar’s events.
- Responsible for the development, distribution, and monitoring of registration weekly, onsite and post-show reports, and data analysis.
- Act as the primary client and internal contact for all registration-related information and issues providing expertise and guidance to the project teams, customer success teams, and stakeholders on customer inquiries.
- Supervise registration personnel, registration vendors, and temporary staff during pre-event and on-site deployment.
- Handle delegate payments, invoicing, and related tasks, when necessary.
- As this role demands regular interfacing with the events’ attendees, it has direct impact on the customer experience and is a key function that contributes to the smooth and successful delivery of an Event
- In addition to the functional role, you will also be assigned project management responsibilities within a Project Team, as part of career development to manage key projects of the company. The Event Management Services team also leads a cross-functional unit in the preparation and submission of project bidding documents for Constellar Exhibitions.

**To help you succeed in this role, you should have**:

- Previous experience in Events project management and events registration, registration platforms, and familiarity with registration deliverables.
- Ability to manage client, stakeholder, vendor, and team relations.
- Critical thinker and complex problem solver.
