**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair activities of factory and office machinery and equipment, with an emphasis on automation machinery and robotic systems.
- Support Principal Automation Engineer/Automation Engineer in providing technical support in computerized automation/robotic systems.
- Perform machinery and equipment installation, setup, servicing, maintenance and repair job (both corrective and preventive), and ensure automation/robotic systems remain in a validated and functional state at all times, including setting up or calibration check.
- Ensure that automation equipment is well maintained and in good working condition to support production or engineering runs with minimum downtime.
- Ensure timely diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of identified automation/robotic system issues (both hardware and software).
- Perform routine checks to monitor equipment operating parameters and prompt updating of monitoring system to ensure operations are within control specifications, including setting up or calibration checks.
- Prepare trouble reports and be involved in work improvement projects.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior and/or management.
