Role Summary

Responsible for managing all aspects of the Quality Management System and Quality Policy globally to ensure that the business’ products and services are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations. Provides Quality leadership / guidance on all QMS matters and product compliance to the global facilities. Responsible for driving Quality Excellence projects review forum to track strategic outcomes/risks and drive project management cadence. Responsible for providing leadership, outstanding people skills and management to a team of engineers. This position will report to VP Global Quality and Reliability.

Essential duties and responsibilities
Develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards (including: IATF16949, ISO14001 / ISO 9001 / OHAS 18001), accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization through existing and new procedures.
Responsible for driving systematic and sustainable quality improvement across the organization.
Provide guidance and awareness to the organization and support with necessary trainings, tools, and methodologies.
Coordinate and agree external and internal audit programs with regional organizations, ensure focus on critical topics, monitor execution and outputs, share the key learning across the relevant functions.
Monitor and report corrective actions implementation globally.
Track and report Global Key Performance Indicators KPIs / Dashboard using Power BI
Responsible for the Corporate compliance with applicable QMS standards and regulations
Build and maintain corporate Quality Management System including organizing corporate and sites Management Review
Project Manager for the establishment of the Corporate Quality Management system and the implementation of the procedures at the different sites
Establish and promote a strong network with the site Quality Leaders
Lead and participate in corporate quality audits.
Lead Corporate Quality projects and fan out to all sites.
Drive cross functional and transformational projects to ensure best-in-class manufacturer.
Drive Quality Excellence projects review forum to track strategic outcomes/risks and drive project management cadence.
Manage performance of 5-6 direct reports

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering/Technical/Science Manufacturing
Certification in Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14009 or ISO 45001 is an added advantage.
High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations e.g. SharePoint, Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work efficiently in a team environment.
Ability in collaborate in cross functional environment and interact effectively at all levels of organization.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with changing priorities, while making effective decisions in a technical environment
Open to integrate diverse cultural approach.
Project Management, PMP certified preferred.
Preferably fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
