**Develop Structural & Architecture Design Drawings**

1) Assists Technical Manager to prepare Structural & Architecture Design Drawings

2) Prepare erection and shop drawings with accurate cutting lists for fabrication purposes

3) Co-ordination between clients, fabrication, and site works on technical design specifications.

4) Liaise with QP on drawing submissions, approval, and amendments.

5) Prepare documents to submit to the regulatory/ authorities

6) Assist in coordinating QA/QC matters with fabrication dept.

7) Responsible for the up keeping and training of Tekla BIM Software

**Prepare Risk Management Plan**

1) Plan in advance for any emergency issue

2) Check and ensure the design drawing is accurate before fabrication to avoid re -work

3) Check and ensure the design drawing is accurate before installation on site

**Participant in Tender Presentation and Projects Meeting**

1) Work closely with Safety dept. for submission of method statements including list of equipment.

2) Attend site survey.

3) Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.

**Train the Technical Team & Innovation in Fabrication Design**

1) Train a competent technical team on use of Tekla BIM software

2) Work with Fabrication Dept. to innovate fabrication design.
