We are looking for a driven **Operation Associate **to be part of our passionate team in driving the growth of our Wealth Product Team within the Financial Technology infrastructure.

You will be **responsible **for assisting in the end-to-end Wealth Products Operation matters, which includes:

- Process and oversee the subscription and redemption requests of different products, including receiving, confirming and booking of the requests.
- Work with the relevant stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and implement a comprehensive and user-friendly trading platforms.Support change management efforts including but not limited to establish and update of relevant SOPs, enhance customer experience and ensure operational workflows that align with the regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Banking/ Finance/ Business Management or related fields.
- Min 1-2 years relevant experience in financial products operations
- Knowledge of investment management operational processes and requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office like Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to speak/read Chinese to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients and review relevant documents in Chinese.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in Blockchain /Crypto is a plus
