Immediate Hiring to Machine Learning Engineer

min 2 to 8 yrs of experience

**Responsibilities**:
1. Work closely with EDSM team to identify and provide insights for important Customer Intelligence questions

2. Formulate hypotheses, and design and develop corresponding necessary measures, systems, simulations, and experiments in order to validate the hypotheses.

3. Align business strategies with Machine Learning models by using appropriate statistical techniques on available data

4. Drive the development of new data pipelines and the refinement to existing data stores

5. Analyze and interpret the results of marketing/Ops campaigns and/or experiments and recommend enhancements for future campaigns

6. Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analysis, model development, model validation, model implementation and model ops.

7. Provide thought-leadership and establish best practices for instrumentation and

experimentation and communicate those to EDSM and other Data Science/Analysis teams.

**Requirements**:
8. B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field, or 1+ years experience in a relevant role

9. Experienced in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches

10. Comfort manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources

11. A strong passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data

12. Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner

13. Fluency with at least one programming/scripting language such as Python or R

14. Preferably with familiarity using relational databases and SQL

15. Preferably with programming to create SDKs, APIs, microservices, etc

16. Preferably with experience working in Cloud environment (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, H20.AI, etc.)
