**Job responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the company's brand structure organisation, brand visual specification development, brand promotion, and public relations communication plan according to the company's strategic planning, organization, and implementation of related work.

2. Timely tracking of relevant policies and regulations, collection of information on industry dynamics, industry research, and policy research.

3. Put forward targeted public relations and publicity plans, develop and promote the implementation and execution according to the company's strategic development and planning and establish a good public image of the company.

4. Responsible for expanding and maintaining government, media, industry, experts, and related public resources and channels for the company's brand building, strategic publicity, marketing activities, etc. Establish a good public relations and government relations network, assist company senior executives in government public relations and inter-industry communication, and increase the exposure and reputation of the brand image in the industry.

5. Planning, organizing, coordinating, and participating in company brand-related public relations activities and media events according to the company's strategy and business requirements

6. Understand the relevant government policies and provide suggestions for the decision making of the senior executives; to represent the company in relevant public/government activities and maintain friendly contacts with various relevant public/government agencies; to coordinate internal and external public relations to create a favorable internal and external environment for the development of the company.

7. To monitor, analyze and manage the status of public opinion related to the company, establish an effective crisis response plan promptly, and conduct crisis public relations treatment.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

**Job requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above majoring in Public Management, Administration, Journalism, Chinese, or other related majors.

3. Strong PR resources, excellent in establishing and upholding public relations.

4. Excellent observation and resilience skills, interpersonal coordination, ability to handle complex relationships and problems, highly sensitive to critical information.

5. Strong at understanding and expressing oneself, communication, coordination, analysis, and judgment, highly responsible, good at working with a team, and high-stress tolerance.

6. Job Location: Singapore, Beijing (China), Guinea (Africa)

7. Able to accept business trips to or being stationed in Guinea, Africa.
