**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and modify CNC programs using relevant software to produce high-quality parts that meet precise specifications.
- Set up and calibrate CNC milling machines, including tool selection and installation, to ensure optimal operation.
- Operate CNC milling machines efficiently and monitor the machining process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues related to CNC machines and programs.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, tooling configurations, and production runs.
