For this job opening (permanent role), we are looking for a Transition Manager for our client in the Retail/Beauty industry, mainly to assist them to handle the transition between their current vendor and the new incumbent for Application Management Services.

**Requirements**:

- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation
- Define and roll-out the communication plan to support People Change Management workstreams
- Plan, execute, track and oversee specific workstream within defined projects
- Process coordination, collaborate with people to ensure the meeting of project scope, and alignment with defined desired outcome and project timeline
- Following ITIL best practices implementation with new incumbent
- Monitor regularly the performance and quality of the IT services in APAC Offices, with the help of ticket reviews, reporting, etc
- Support the Application Management Services rollout for Applications in scope in the next months
- Act as POC for users’ escalations and ensure constant end-user’s satisfactions
- Identify improvement opportunities in process, tools etc. based on ITIL best practices, and reach productivity gain by implementing these opportunities
- Support solution deployments from various IT tech domains, together with the service delivery partners, across the Asia region
- Manage communication with business stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Superior verbal and written communication to guide stakeholders through processes;
- Proficient in written and oral English and Mandarin
- Experience in engaging with regional stakeholders, including in China
- Proven experience in change management and transition management
- Experience in Regional IT support
- Vendor management experience
- Project Management Certification or ITIL foundation certification is preferred
